Amy Williams (913) 909-1861 Amy started her real estate business in March of 2004. She hit the ground running and closed $1,000,000 worth of business just 2 months later. Amy works full time and has consistently been a Top Individual Agent in her office. Her life-long love of houses combined with her enjoyment in meeting and helping people make her a responsive, caring agent. Amy is focused on empowering her clients through knowledge and education every step of the way. She has been named as a FIVE STAR Real Estate Agent and has earned her designations as ABR, WHS, CRS and CDPE. Prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent, Amy worked as a loan processor and closer with Countrywide Home Loans, and has spent most of her professional life working in the housing industry. |

Debbie Jackson (913) 689-9424 Debbie Jackson has been a real estate agent for over two years now and was born and raised in Overland Park. She is more than excited to help clients find a new house to call home. With more than 13 years of sales experience, she is an asset to the Amy Williams Team. Debbie works hard to ask the RIGHT questions to help find her clients the RIGHT home. She is as passionate about real estate as she is about putting the needs of the customer first. Throughout the past 12 years, Debbie has relocated 4 times. Too many times she worked with agents just in real estate to collect their paycheck. They never took the time to ask questions, and find the right properties for her family. Debbie has strived to make it her mission to make sure her buyer’s needs are being met, each and every time. Debbie Fernandez (913) 620-8380 Debbie Fernandez is returning to real estate after taking a break to enjoy some time with her grandkids. Debbie was licensed from 2004 to 2007 and as a life-long resident; she knows the Kansas City area well. Debbie has worked for many years in the customer service field to include 10 years with Farmers Insurance. Great service for her clients and a caring attitude are what makes Debbie a valued member of the Amy Williams Team. Debbie knows buying a home is possibly the biggest financial decision her clients will ever make and she strives to make sure her clients are getting the very best for their investment.
